Bradley's Shoulder an Issue

The Celtics convened for practice Sunday afternoon in Waltham, Mass., to prepare for Monday's Game 5 against the Philadelphia 76ers. Although the series is tied at two games apiece, the Celtics have home-court advantage and believe they've found their formula to success.

Avery Bradley did not participate in Sunday's practice as he continues to rehab an ailing left shoulder. Doc Rivers spoke about the injury prior to practice beginning.
